Founded in 2010, Ace International was established following strategic direction and support from senior leadership at Toshiba Europe.
From its inception, the company was designed to serve as a trusted regional extension for global manufacturers—bridging global brand strategy with local market execution.
Our Journey
Between 2010 and 2019, Ace International supported Toshiba’s regional market development initiatives, contributing to sales execution, partner development, and market expansion across Türkiye and the MENA region.
Following the transition of Toshiba’s memory business, Ace International has continued this journey as the exclusive regional representative of KIOXIA since 2019, managing the full product portfolio across Türkiye and the MENA markets.
This long-standing relationship reflects the trust placed in Ace International to represent global brands with consistency, accountability, and deep regional expertise.
2010

July 6, 2010 – Company Founded
Ace International was established in İstanbul, Türkiye, focusing on representation, distribution, and engineering services across Turkey, the Middle East, and Europe. -
July 26, 2010 – Exclusive Representation Agreement with Buffalo EU B.V.
A 3-year exclusive representation agreement was signed with Buffalo EU B.V., marking the company’s first strategic brand partnership. -
September 6, 2010 – Representation Agreement with Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH
A 3-year agreement, valid through 2014, was signed for the representation of Toshiba products in Turkey, Egypt, and Dubai. -
October 1, 2010 – Consultancy Agreement with Toshiba Information Systems (UK) Ltd.
A 2-year consultancy agreement was signed to support Toshiba’s UK operations with technical and commercial expertise. -
2010–2013 – Engineering Services for Buffalo Technology UK Ltd.
Ace provided contracted technical and engineering services to Buffalo Technology UK Ltd. for 3 years.

October 1, 2011 – Technical Consultancy Agreement with Toshiba IS UK Ltd.
A 1-year agreement to provide consultancy for the Toshiba Mobile Communication Division, valid until September 13, 2012.
2012

September 26, 2012 – Representation Agreement with Plantronics B.V.
A 3-year representation agreement was signed with Plantronics B.V., a major player in audio and voice technology.
2013

April 25, 2013 – Dual Representation Agreement with Buffalo UK Ltd. and Buffalo EU B.V.
A renewed 3-year agreement reinforced technical and commercial collaboration with both entities.
2014

March 27, 2014 – Commercial Agent Agreement with Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH
A 3-year Commercial Agent agreement covering Türkiye, Switzerland, and Austria was signed for Toshiba memory, semiconductors, HDDs, and SSDs.
2016

September 2016 – Establishment of Ace Technologies LLC (USA)
A U.S. entity, Ace Technologies LLC, was founded to lead North American business development activities. -
October 19, 2016 – Representation Agreement with Sonics & Materials Inc.
A 5-year agreement covering Türkiye and Eastern Europe was signed with Sonics & Materials Inc. for ultrasonic welding and joining technologies.

June 25, 2018 – Commercial Agent Agreement with Toshiba Memory Europe GmbH
A Commercial Agent agreement was signed for semiconductors, consumer HDDs, and enterprise HDDs in Türkiye, Israel, and Dubai, valid until March 31, 2020.

April 2, 2020 – NDA with Toshiba Infrastructure Systems & Solutions Corporation
A 1-year non-disclosure agreement was signed to explore strategic collaboration opportunities in infrastructure and digital systems. -
May 15, 2020 – NDA and Consultancy Agreement with Mad Catz Global Ltd. (Hong Kong)
A 2-year NDA and consultancy agreement was signed through ACE Representation (RAK, UAE) to support Mad Catz in gaming hardware strategy and advisory. -
May 27, 2020 – NDA with Prodrone Co. Ltd. (Japan)
A 5-year NDA was signed with Prodrone, a Japanese industrial drone manufacturer. -
July 4, 2020 – Authorized Commercial Agent Agreement with Kioxia Europe GmbH

A new entity, ACE Representation FZ LLC, was registered in RAK Free Zone, UAE to manage GCC manufacturer relations and regional distribution operations.

Kioxia Europe GmbH signed a 3-year Commercial Agent agreement with ACE Representation FZ LLC (UAE), continuing its partnership through a dedicated Middle East entity.

March 6, 2025 – Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Scale Computing
A 5-year exclusive distribution agreement was signed with Scale Computing (USA), covering Türkiye, the Middle East, Africa, and Malta for edge computing and HCI solutions. -
April 2, 2025 – Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Antec Inc.
A 5-year exclusive distribution agreement was signed with Antec Inc. (USA) for the Turkish market, covering PC cases, PSUs, and cooling systems. -
May 5, 2025 – NDA and Partnership Discussions with Ampere Computing
A 5-year NDA was signed with Ampere Computing (USA) to initiate distribution partnership discussions focused on cloud-native Arm-based processors. -
May 9, 2025 – NDA with Graid Technology
A non-disclosure agreement was signed with Graid Technology (USA) to explore regional partnership opportunities in GPU-accelerated NVMe RAID storage solutions.
